It is our aim to ensure all our learners receive a full assessment of their skills and competencies before commencing any of our learning programmes.
It is important to consider the differences between training needs and learning needs. MCP’s approach to competence reflects the learning process and how training is used to ensure learning sticks. This can involve a wide range of competency based and soft skills analysis.

Through the introduction of a learningand development plan, there is an opportunity to:
