ILM Qualifications – First Line Management

Our management qualifications are designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.  Candidates can choose from a range of units to build their qualification (see below).  From managing health and safety to planning change in the workplace, the qualifications can be tailored to meet the needs of learners and organisations across all sectors.  The qualifications also enable candidates to build “credits” which count towards the new Qualifications Credit Framework.
