MCP work with West Midlands Business Link to offer over 50% off electrical and maintenance training during July and August
Organisations within the West Midlands with employee numbers between 10 and 249 are eligible for a minimum of 50% off a range of training programmes from MCP Consulting and Training. The “Director Development Programme” from Business Link, West Midlands Brokerage Service is only available to managerial staff within Birmingham, Black Country, Solihull, Staffordshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, Coventry and Warwickshire and Shropshire. Exclusive AMIS benchmarking seminar at Reckitt Benckiser - Reckitt benckiser, Hull are hosting an AMIS benchmarking seminar on the 3rd July. The intimate event will be workshop style, and will give operations, manufacturing and engineering heads from Johnson and Johnson, Diageo, Warburtons and Eggborough Power the opportunity to discuss effective maintenance techniques...Reckit Benckiser have recently initiated a number of changes to improve their performance including:
- OEE used as a production improvement measure
- Maintenance performance related pay
- Maximo as standard across all their sites with exchange of information between sites
- Set up of operations teams, including maintenance teams, and first line maintenance
Successful manufacturing organisations are always looking at continuous operations improvements including managing their assets and MCP co-ordinated the seminar as a result of this requirement. The event in Hull is already fully booked, however there will be a number of similar events coming up over the next couple of months.
